Introduction and Discovery Day
The first step to starting a Cannoli Kitchen Pizza franchise is to contact our team. Once you’ve signed your agreement and put down the deposit, we’ll review and advise you on potential locations, including those in multi-unit developments. Our team will also provide you with our standard building plans, specifications, floor plans, and required décor.
Attend Initial Training Program
Our two-week comprehensive training program covers everything from operations to maintaining our brand culture. Our training encompasses operations, front-of-the-house, back-of-the-house, customer service, brand culture, and sanitation and cleanliness protocols. Each training segment will lead up to your grand opening, preparing you and your staff for great success.
Host a Launch and Enjoy Ongoing Support
In connection with your soft opening, a member of the Cannoli Kitchen Pizza team will initiate a two-week on-site visit to your location. This visit provides us the ideal opportunity to smooth over any pain points and solidify your confidence as a proud new franchise owner!
